    Protein G

    蛋白G是从溶血性链球菌中分离出来的胞壁蛋白,对不同种属同一类型或不同亚型的免疫球蛋白Fc段均有高度亲和能力。通过基因工程重组的蛋白G包含3个免疫球蛋白结合区域,能够与来自人、小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠、兔、山羊、绵羊、马的IgG结合。而且,同样可以结合Fab段,为IgG的Fab片段纯化提供方便。

    Protein A/G

    以基因工程方法重组的protein A/G 包含Protein A的5个免疫球蛋白结合区域和Protein G 的2个结合区域,结合能力较单一的Protein A和Protein G有很大提高。更强的Fc段结合能力使之成为免疫球蛋白纯化更受青睐的工具。protein A/G结合人的所有IgG亚型和IgA、IgE、IgM及少量的IgD。
